I told both he has been the sales person and Mr. Drex the store manager that I needed a sofa sectional that was waterproof. They didn’t have one on the showroom floor but found one on their computer and ordered it for me. I never got to see what they actually ordered, when it was delivered, it was not waterproof as they had told me I tried to return it, so that I could be select a waterproof sectional, but was not successful! It was a Store mistake, and although I had the sales lady recorded, admitting the mistake Mr. Drax the store manager refused to accept responsibility. For the last two weeks, I have been getting the runaround from the store manager. He also doesn’t return phone calls and is sketchy when answering questions. Do not go to the Ashley furniture in Lufkin. Find any other furniture store to do your shopping at or you will be disappointed!
